After two years of a fund drive, the largest, single day food drive in the country “Stamp Out Hunger” Food Drive is once again collecting food donations to benefit food banks across the country. Place your non-perishable food donations by your mailbox on the morning of Saturday, May 14, and your postal worker will pick them up. Donations will arrive at Post Office locations in Santa Fe where staff and volunteers will prepare them for collection back to The Food Depot. The food will then be sorted, packaged and placed into inventory for future distributions in northern New Mexico.
The Food Depot is grateful for the continued support of the local postal workers that make this food drive such an easy way for neighbors to donate food and help each other.
